Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell was born in the year 1970. She is a five foot nine" tall American actor. Mitchell played the role of Dr. Juliet Burke, a part of ABC's Lost. The Escape Clause as well as Gia. Mitchell is currently on the co-screen in Eric Kripke's TV series Revolution that airs on NBC. Her stepfather Joseph Day Mitchell and mother Josephine Marian Mitchell (nee Jenkins) are attorneys based in Dallas. Mitchell relocated with her mother to Dallas, Texas in 1970. She later became married to Joseph Mitchell. Mitchell attended Booker T. Washington High School of the Performing and Visual Arts an all-public magnet high school. She is the eldest of three sisters, the other being Kristina Kristie Mitchell, Helen Kristie Mitchell as well as Katherine Day Kate Mitchell. Mitchell received a bachelors degree in Fine Arts from Stephens College and also attended the British American Drama Academy.
