Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress who is known for her many different kinds of roles in films, television, and theatre. She is best known for her portrayal of Lieutenant Sheba in the television series Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). She's the daughter and granddaughter of actors Gene Lockhart. She originally rejected the position as she believed her character was weak. Glen was able to write an even stronger character with Sheba. The Living Legend was accepted when she was able to read the initial 25 page script. The show ran for only one episode. She appeared in Joyride the 1977 film featuring Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) as well as alongside Robert Carradine. In 1987 she co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty and The Dark Tower.
